DESCRIPTION: There are several ski lifts on Mt. Waterman, making it a popular mountain in the winter season. It is 8,038'. This mountain was originally named for a woman, "Lady Elizabeth Waterman".  It is a very scenic mountain with large rock outcroppings and beautiful pines. There are 3 high points, leading to some confusion as to the actual summit.

HOW TO GET TO THE TRAILHEAD:From La Canada, take Angeles Crest Highway about 34 miles to mileage marker 58. Park on the wide shoulder of the road. Take the trail farthest to east , where you will find a Mt. Waterman Trail sign. You will have to look hard for this sign. Display your Adventure Pass.
